From an AI-5D appreciation-based perspective, the elevation of change involves cultivating human-centered capabilities—resilience, relational capacity, adaptability, and agility—needed to collaborate across silos, communicate effectively, adapt with intention, and succeed alongside rapidly evolving digital and AI technologies.
