I work with people to cultivate human-centered relationships for workplaces through an appreciation-based AI-5D framework—beginning with one guiding question: What kind of world are we shaping as technology transforms how we live and work?
Managing change is a complex challenge experienced across all roles and professions. Its growing scope requires us to recognize both the increasing scale and accelerating pace of change from a human-centered perspective.
From an AI-5D appreciation-based perspective, the elevation of change involves cultivating human-centered capabilities—resilience, relational capacity, adaptability, and agility—needed to collaborate across silos, communicate effectively, adapt with intention, and succeed alongside rapidly evolving digital and AI technologies.
I believe that as change accelerates across all professions, lasting outcomes emerge when technical expertise is balanced with human well-being—fostering curiosity, building courageous human-centered workplaces, and strengthening relationships that evolve alongside emerging technologies.
