One of the most critical—but often overlooked—areas of organizational readiness is development and growth, especially when change is rapid and beyond our control. These two interconnected segments form a core part of an appreciation-based, human-centered AI-5D practice.


This phase helps individuals, teams, and organizations strengthen capabilities while expanding positive impact.
